Blueberry Smoothie
This blueberry smoothie will have you coming back for more. Full of Vitamin C, Potassium and Fibre, how can you say no. It’s super easy to make, with only a handful of ingredients needed.
Ingredients:
· 1 cup of fresh Y.V. Fresh blueberries
· 1 banana
· 1 cup of almond milk — or your preferred milk
· 1 cup of ice
Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until nice and smooth.
2. Serve and enjoy!
If you’re more of a smoothie bowl lover, pop your Y.V. Fresh blueberries and some banana in the freezer until frozen. This will ensure you get that extra thickness needed to scoop up your smoothie.
