Krimson Kiss Bramble

Ingredients

• ½ C YV Fresh Krimson Kiss

• 2 Ounces Dry Gin

• 1 Ounce simple syrup or maple syrup

• 1 1/2 Ounce fresh lemon juice

• Ginger Brew or Soda

Method

• In a cocktail shaker, muddle YV Fresh Krimson Kiss with gin, lemon juice, syrup of your choice, until broken up and they release their juice.

• Strain it well, making sure all the seeds are removed.

• Fill 3-4 rocks glasses with ice.

• Divide Krimson Kiss -gin mix among the glasses, and top with soda or ginger brew.

• Garnish with an addition Krimson Kiss and lemon zest.

TIP: For a mocktail, follow the same steps. Just add in some Blackberry liquor for additional taste!
