Pumpkin Spiced Blueberry Waffles
2 ¼ cups oat flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
¾ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
½ teaspoon ginger
¼ teaspoon nutmeg
¼ teaspoon cloves
3 large eggs
⅔ cup almond milk
½ cup melted unsalted butter
½ cup packed pumpkin puree
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and all spice or cloves and mix it all up.
In another mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Then add the almond milk, butter, pumpkin purée, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Thoroughly.
Pour the second mixture into the oat flour mixture and combine it until smooth.
After 10 minutes preheat your waffle iron.
Pour batter onto the heated waffle iron.
Once the waffle is crisp, transfer it to cool it down.
Top it off with YV Fresh blueberries and maple syrup for the best taste.
