Pumpkin Spiced Blueberry Waffles


  • 2 ¼ cups oat flour

  • 1 tablespoon baking powder

  • ¾ teaspoon salt

  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon

  • ½ teaspoon ginger

  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

  • ¼ teaspoon cloves

  • 3 large eggs

  • ⅔ cup almond milk

  • ½ cup melted unsalted butter

  • ½ cup packed pumpkin puree

  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup

  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

  • YV Fresh blueberries


  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the oat flour, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and all spice or cloves and mix it all up.

  • In another mixing bowl, whisk the eggs. Then add the almond milk, butter, pumpkin purée, maple syrup and vanilla extract. Thoroughly.

  • Pour the second mixture into the oat flour mixture and combine it until smooth.

  • After 10 minutes preheat your waffle iron.

  • Pour batter onto the heated waffle iron.

  • Once the waffle is crisp, transfer it to cool it down.

  • Top it off with YV Fresh blueberries and maple syrup for the best taste.
