CHOCO BERRY TARTS

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups YV Fresh cherries, halved

  • Ready-made Tart Crust

  • 1 cup coconut oil

  • ½ cup cocoa powder

  • 6 tbsp used maple syrup

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Your coconut oil should be liquified, but not hot.

  • In order to melt it, allow some time to cool it first

  • Place all ingredients in a glass bowl

  • Mix with a spoon until all the ingredients are incorporated and the mixture is smooth and keep stirring until there are no clumps left behind.

  • Pour the chocolate filling into the tart over the YV Fresh red cherries.

  • Place the tart in the fridge and allow the chocolate filling to set for about an hour.

  • Sprinkle with cacao nibs once the chocolate sets and decorate with extra YV Fresh cherries

  • Afterwards, remove from the fridge and serve or keep covered at room temperature for a creamy and mousse-like consistency.

*Top it off with Cacao nibs and some more fresh YV Fresh cherries!
