CHOCO BERRY TARTS
1 ½ cups YV Fresh cherries, halved
Ready-made Tart Crust
1 cup coconut oil
½ cup cocoa powder
6 tbsp used maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt
Your coconut oil should be liquified, but not hot.
In order to melt it, allow some time to cool it first
Place all ingredients in a glass bowl
Mix with a spoon until all the ingredients are incorporated and the mixture is smooth and keep stirring until there are no clumps left behind.
Pour the chocolate filling into the tart over the YV Fresh red cherries.
Place the tart in the fridge and allow the chocolate filling to set for about an hour.
Sprinkle with cacao nibs once the chocolate sets and decorate with extra YV Fresh cherries
Afterwards, remove from the fridge and serve or keep covered at room temperature for a creamy and mousse-like consistency.
*Top it off with Cacao nibs and some more fresh YV Fresh cherries!
