To welcome back the blueberry season, here’s another blueberry recipe for your afternoon tea.
Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly butter a 6-hole friand (mini muffin) pan.
Combine the dry ingredients together, followed by the butter and egg whites. Mix well.
Spoon the mixture into the pan and top with the blueberries.
Bake for 15-20 minutes until the friands are cooked through.
Let it cool down and enjoy!
