Berry Overnight Oats
3 cups of traditional rolled oats
3 ½ cups of milk
1 cup of natural flavoured yoghurt
½ cup of chia seeds
3 tbsp of maple syrup
1 tsp of vanilla extract
1 cup of unsweetened raspberry spread
Mix together the oats, milk, yoghurt, chia seeds, 2 tsp of maple syrup and vanilla extract in a bowl. Cover with plastic wrap and leave it in the fridge overnight.
Divide the oat mixture in serving glasses to serve. Top with raspberry jam, yoghurt, oats, berries and drizzle with maple syrup.
