Blueberry Waffles


  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups all plain flour

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 4 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1 tablespoon of sugar

  • 1 ½ cups milk

  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 1 ½ cups of Y.V.Fresh fresh blueberries


  • Maple syrup, cream, blueberries, blackberries (optional)


  1. Preheat your waffle iron. Stir together the flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Add the milk and eggs and stir to combine. Add the melted butter, vanilla and almond extract. Stir to combine.

  2. Stir in the blueberries and then pour onto the hot waffle iron. Cook until lightly browned. Serve with your choice of toppings. Enjoy!
