Upside Down Raspberry Muesli

This easy to make recipe is perfect for a healthy breakfast at home or on the go.


  • 1x punnett of Y.V. Fresh Raspberries

  • 1x punnett of Y.V. Fresh Blueberries

  • Greek Yoghurt

  • Muesli of your choice

  • Toppings of your choice such as nuts, seeds & mint


Divide the Y.V. Fresh Raspberries in half. Place one half of the fresh berries aside, and the other half in a saucepan. Add two tablespoons of water and a tablespoon of brown sugar into the saucepan, along with the raspberries. Cook the raspberries on how heat until they have incorporated into the sugar and water and become a puree. Put the puree in a bowl or jar.

Spoon in your favourite Greek Yoghurt into the bowl or jar with the puree. We recommend two to three spoonfuls.

Sprinkle your preferred serving of muesli on top of the yoghurt and raspberry puree. Top with fresh blueberries, and the leftover raspberries. You may add extra toppings such as mint, nuts and/or seeds for an extra kick.
