We may be biased but we think that berries make every dish better, in fact some dishes are just not right without berries!
Here are two meals that are definitely improved when berries are added to them. Enjoy!
Pavlova is pretty good on its own, but there’s just something about the taste of tartness that berries provide that compliments the light fluffy flavour of the pavlova so well.
9 egg whites
510 grams caster sugar
5 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp cornflour
To finish, top the Pavlova with whipped cream, passionfruit pulp and every seasonal berry you can get your hands on. Strawberries, Blueberries, Raspberries, you name it!
A refreshing and filling salad goes down really well on a warm day. During the warmer months, make the most of the fresh Australian berries at your disposal when recreating this salad.
To your own portion preference add:
Garnish with slithered almonds and chia seeds and finish of by drizzling a strawberry vinaigrette on top.
