Summer calls for refreshing drinks to cure the sometimes unbearable Aussie heat. Try our Y.V. Fresh summer berry smoothie, for a sweet afternoon treat or a delicious morning kick starter filled with antioxidants and potassium to enhance your memory and general digestive health.

You will need:

1 frozen banana

½ cup of raspberries

½ cup of black berries

250 ml of coconut water (or milk of choice)
