Cook the Y.V.Fresh chestnuts according to the directions. Peel and chop finely.
Add the chestnuts and milk to a pan.
Split the vanilla bean on the long side and scrape out the seeds.
Add the vanilla pulp, cinnamon and orange zest into the mixture. Bring to boil while continue to stir.
Lower the heat and simmer for a few minutes. Add the chocolate and honey. Stir until the everything completely dissolves.
Blend the mixture in a blender for a smoother texture. Serve with preferred toppings.
