Paleo Pancakes with Raspberries & Almond Butter
2 large bananas
2 large eggs
½ cup almond butter
Y.V.Fresh punnet of Raspberries
Add all ingredients except for raspberries into a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
Heat your pancake griddle or pan on very low heat.
Pour batter into sections onto the griddle or pan and cook until lightly browned. Continue this step until all the batter has been used.
Top pancakes with more almond butter and raspberries. Enjoy!
