Small in size but large in flavour, the kiwi berry is a relatively new product on the market that have a wide range of health benefits. 100 grams of the fresh fruit contains a whopping 10 - 70 mg of vitamin C content.

 

Kiwi berries are loaded with various nutrients and considered as a healthy snack. They are loaded with antioxidants which help to reduce the chances of cancer, cardiovascular disease and also slows down the process of ageing. They are an excellent source of Vitamin C, fiber, calcium and Vitamin A.

 

These tiny berries also help to clear impurities and eradicate aging and stress. They also help reduce cholesterol level and lowers arteries and have also been proven to maintain bone, tooth, vision and skin health as well as blood sugar, red blood cells and the nervous system. The Vitamin B found in Kiwi berries prevents cancer, birth defects and heart ailments.
