Raspberry Coconut Popsicles


Easy, vegan popsicles full of raspberry goodness for a hot summer's day! Create blue and purple popsicles by recreating the recipe with Blackberries or Blueberries! Toppings optional, but is a great activity for the kids!

Ingredients:

  • 1 & ½ ripe bananas

  • 2 punnet of Y.V.Fresh Raspberries

  • ¾ can of coconut milk

  • 2 tablespoons of maple syrup

Directions:

  1. Put all ingredients into a smoothie blender and blend completely until smooth.

  2. Pour mixture into popsicle moulds, add sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours.

  3. To remove popsicles, run them under lukewarm water to loosen them and pull them out.

  4. Place with your favourite toppings and enjoy!
