Cool down this spring with our delicious Cherry and Chia seed popsicle recipe! Takes a few minutes to prepare, and is a great healthy alternative to many popsicles that are filled with processed sugar and colours.
You will need:
400 grams Greek Yoghurt
1 cup of pitted and chopped Y.V.Fresh cherries
2-4 tbsp toasted according
3 tablespoons of chia seeds
Whisk the yoghurt and honey well. Stir in the chopped cherries and chia seeds.
Pour into your popsicle molds. Top with some extra chia seeds if you wish. Freeze overnight or at least for 8 hours. Gently take out the frozen popsicles and enjoy!
