You will need:
1 ripe banana
1 cup of Y.V.Fresh blueberries
2-3 kale leaves
Handful of spinach
Tablespoon of Y.V.Fresh lemon juice
1 inch of ginger root, peeled
¼ cup of 100% natural coconut water or as needed
Chia seeds and coconut flakes for topping (optional)
Add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour mixture into a glass and sprinkle on your chia seeds and coconut flakes - enjoy!
