The yoghurt is a excellent source of protein, calcium and probiotics that help keep the digestive system working properly. The protein in yoghurt helps you feel fuller for longer and helps build and repair muscle in the body. The various nuts and and whole grains in your granola are also rich in protein. The berries are vitamin rich natural sweeteners which go hand in hand with the yoghurt and granola.

You will need:

  • 3 cups of greek or natural yoghurt

  • 1 cup of granola

  • 1 pint of Y.V.Fresh Raspberries

  • 1 pint of Y.V.Fresh Blackberries

  • 1 pint of Y.V.Fresh Blueberries

Method:

Layer ⅓ cup of yoghurt into the bottom each of 4 glasses. Combine berries. Keep layering and alternating layers of berries granola and yoghurt until the glasses are filled to the top. Serve the breakfast cups immediately while yoghurt is cold and granola is crunchy.
