  • 1/2 cup 100 grams granulated sugar

  • 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • 1 egg white room temperature

Agar Agar Syrup:

  • 1/3 cup water

  • 1 cup sugar

  • 2 tsp agar agar (China Grass)
